Kevyn Griffen
Kevyn  Griffen Kevyn has been a member of Arizona Federal since 2008. He is currently senior manager of fraud and remittance at Fiserv, Inc., a financial services firm that offers technology products and services to financial institutions. He has been employed by Fiserv for over 10 years in various leadership positions with diverse areas of responsibility in banking and money movement.

He has a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University in business management and a master's in business administration from Louisiana State University.

Kevyn also serves on two volunteer boards: Hirsch Academy, where he is responsible for the financial/operational results of the charter school, and on the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona Young Professional Council Board that focuses on fundraising and marketing.

If elected, Kevyn's primary focus would be on the continued investment in Arizona Federal's digital banking tools and resources as well as the pursuit of best-in-class member experiences at every touch point.
 
James Giel
James  Giel James has been a member of the credit union for 20 years. He has worked as an attorney on public finance matters in Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado for 30 years, and has worked on numerous bond issues to finance low-income housing projects around the state. He has a Juris Doctorate from Temple University as well as a master's degree in business administration from Arizona State University with a concentration in finance.

James has served as a volunteer attorney for Volunteer Lawyer Services in Phoenix, providing help for clients with landlord-tenant issues, family law and contract disputes. He has also served as general counsel, usher and audio/visual support for Desert Foothills United Methodist Church.

If elected James will focus on keeping Arizona Federal's services as affordable as possible in recognition of the fact that we are a member-owned cooperative, while also supporting initiatives that allow us to reach the unbanked and under-banked.
 
Bill Greene, Incumbent
Bill  Greene Bill has been a member of Arizona Federal since 1996 and has served on the Board since 2015. He is currently vice chairman of the board and chair of the Information Technology Steering Committee, which provides a risk management framework for the credit union's IT initiatives, including information security.

He holds bachelor's degree in finance and Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University and has been a certified fraud examiner for 30 years.

Bill is currently the chief audit executive for the City of Tempe. Prior to Tempe, he was the auditor for the City of Phoenix and was co-founder/chief financial officer for a local technology startup.

If re-elected, he will continue to support cybersecurity initiatives that protect member data and improvements that make it easier for members to conduct business. He will also work to ensure Arizona Federal remains financially safe and sound.
 
Kelvin Smith, Incumbent
Kelvin  Smith Kelvin has been a member of Arizona Federal since 1995 and joined the Board in 1997. He served as chairman from 2009 to 2014 and has also held the offices of secretary and vice chairman. Kelvin is retired from his career as an executive and business owner in the telecommunications industry and is currently co-owner of a healthcare facility.

His community service activities have included coaching youth soccer and basketball and four years as captain of a volunteer fire company in Pennsylvania.

If re-elected, Kelvin's focus will be listening to our members so we can provide the best member care within the communities we serve. He will continue to work with fellow Board directors to ensure Arizona Federal remains competitive by providing members with ease of access to complete their financial transactions and helping make sure our rates and financial education help each member reach their desired goals.
 
Libby Bissa, Incumbent
Libby  Bissa Libby has been a member of Arizona Federal since 1984 and has served as a volunteer for the credit union since 2004, first in the Supervisory Committee then joining the Board of Directors in 2015. She holds a master's degree in management and is now a small business owner after retiring from a 30+ year career with the City of Phoenix.

In the past three years as Board chair, the credit union expanded small business and commercial banking services through the historic acquisition of Pinnacle Bank, as well as navigating the pandemic, while maintaining the organization's financial health.

If re-elected, Libby will continue to prioritize the safety and soundness of the credit union. She will also place a focus on improving technology and services like videoconferencing to enhance the member experience while simultaneously ensuring investments are made to branches for those members who prefer to conduct business in person.
