Kathy R. Holman

Kathy Holman has served nine years on ASECU's Board of Directors. Currently, she is Vice Chairman of the Board. Kathy has been a member of ASECU for over 40 years and is a lifetime member of the community. A graduate of Ohio Northern University, her pharmacy career includes Pharmacy Training Manager at Rite Aid, Director of Reimbursement at Option Care of Northeast Ohio, Home Infusion Therapy Services, and is currently a Pharmacist at Brown's Drug Store. Recognizing the importance of volunteerism, Kathy has served as Treasurer for Midway Mennonite Church, many positions with the Boardman School PTA including Treasurer, President of the Boardman Parent Teacher Student Association, Boardman Community Baseball Board of Directors, the Mahoning Dahlia Society, and the Friends of Fellows Riverside Gardens. Kathy says it is important to have people willing to volunteer. And she believes with her lifetime experiences, her work ethic, and her willingness to serve, that she will continue to be an asset to the Board of Directors of Associated School Employees Credit Union.
 
Timothy L. Saxton

Timonthy was appointed to the ASECU's Board of Directors in 2024, serving as a Director and has contributed to Strategic Planning, Succession Planning and many other crucial credit union functions. Additionally, Timothy has 36 years of professional experience, including serving as a teacher, principle and superintendent- roles that have strengthened his skills in organizational management, strategic planning and community engagement. He has been a dedicated member of ASECU for over 30 years and strongly believes in it's mission of providing trusted financial services. His goals are to continue ASECU's outstanding success by maintaining and enhancing it's financial foundation and ensuring it remains well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of its members. He is committed to advancing technological adaptation within the financial sector, while balancing innovation with the highest standards of account and network security. Above all, he will work to preserve and strengthen the values that define ASECU: financial responsibility, member trust and exceptional service.
 
Tina S. Milner

Tina Milner has been a resident of the City of Warren since 1996. A graduate of Howland High School (class of 1982), she continued her education at Ashford University. Tina's professional background reflects public service, having worked for Trumbull & Franklin County Children's Services, State of Ohio (EEOC) and a HUD housing subsidiary (Broad St. Mgmt). She also served on the MV Task Force for Crime & Violence Prevention and coordinated the DOJ Weed & Seed Program in Warren. In January 2026, Tina will begin her term as the elected Representative for Warren's 2nd Ward City Counsil. She is actively involved with several civic/advocacy groups, including the Youngstown Warren Black Caucus, Mercy Health Patient/Family Advisory Committee, and Warren Community Black Grant Advisory Committee. Passionate about neighborhood revitalization, Tina works closely with the Roosevelt Area Neighborhood Group on community clean-ups and helped develop a Senior Assistance Summer Program to help seniors with lawn maintenance. She also played a role in securing the land and funding for the North End Memorial Rose Garden. Above all, Tina is a devoted mother of 2 and proud grandmother of 2.
