Shane Davis
Shane  Davis Shane Davis is a current member of the AurGroup Credit Union and would like to continue his service to the members of the Credit Union. Professionally, he has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and is currently a Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations. Shane is a long-time credit union advocate and has served as a volunteer board member since 2014. Shane began his credit union service with the Ashland Credit Union's Board of Directors for four years. He has since served on AurGroup's Board of Directors for six years and looks forward to continuing his service to AurGroup and its members.
 
Angela Kelley
Angela  Kelley Angela Kelley, CPA, is currently a board member seeking re-election.
Angela is an Assistant Controller for John R. Jurgensen Companies. Angela has over 30 years of accounting experience with public accounting firms, large corporations, and a credit union service organization.
Angela is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a graduate of Ball State University.
Angela's career is marked by her ability to drive financial growth, create operational efficiencies, and foster collaboration to meet corporate goals. Her leadership style focuses on continuous improvement, strategic planning, and an unwavering commitment to fiscal responsibility, positioning her as a trusted advisor and leader in the finance industry.
 
Theodore (Ted) Kiep
Theodore (Ted) Kiep Ted Kiep has been a proud member of AurGroup Credit Union for nearly 40 years. As a current Board Member seeking re-election, he remains dedicated to AurGroup's mission of delivering exceptional member service, financial value, and unwavering support to its members. If re-elected, Ted pledges to uphold the credit union's commitment to member-focused financial success while maintaining the highest standards of service and strong connections within the local community.
Professionally, Ted has served as an Intervention Specialist and Teacher with the Hamilton City School District and Hamilton High School for 23 years. Additionally, he is the athletic equipment manager for the Hamilton High School Football Team. He received recognition for his dedication to student-athletes from the Southwestern Ohio Football Coaches Association, which honored him as the 2018 Doc Collins Man of the Year.
Beyond his career in education, Ted is actively involved in his community. He is a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, serving as an Extraordinary Minister. He previously held leadership roles as President and Vice President of the Education Commission at his former parish, Queen of Peace Church. His commitment to service extends to regularly donating blood to Hoxworth Blood Center and participating in local organizations such as the Butler County Historical Society. Ted currently serves as the Executive Board Secretary for AurGroup Credit Union and remains devoted to its continued success.
