Cole Noble (Incumbent)
Cole Noble Hello, my name is Cole Noble. I am a life long resident of Richmond MO and have been a member of C.M.C.C.U. for over 20 years. Most people have a common-sense approach to stewarding their finances and they expect that same approach from the Board of their financial institution. My philosophy is to treat people with respect, remain honest, and look for opportunities to make things better. With those guidelines in mind, I have enjoyed serving three terms on the Supervisory Committee for C.M.C.C.U.

In March of 2022 I was asked by our C.E.O. and the Board if I would accept an appointment to the Board of Directors. In April of 2022 I accepted the appointment and was asked to serve as the Secretary. In February of 2023 I was asked to move to the Chairmans position where I currently serve.

My wife and I currently own and operate a successful small business in Richmond that we established in 2006. I have been active in Law Enforcement since 2015 when I graduated with honors and currently serve as a Deputy Sheriff. In years past I also served on a local board for the conservation group, Ducks Unlimited. My wife and I are active in our American Legion Post, supporting the (F.I.S.H.) Friends In Service Of Hero's organization, and their monthly speaker series. I am also an active member of the Patriot Guard, honoring our nations military members.

In the years I have spent serving our Credit Union and its over 15,300 plus members we have encountered our fair share of challenges, from building our new central location in Warrensburg, to navigating through a ‘global pandemic' on the local level within a business setting. We have met these challenges head on and I have been proud to be a part of the C.M.C.C.U. team and the accomplishments we have achieved for our members. I am looking forward to continuing to serve you, and seeing our Credit Union grow in days ahead.
