Dax Mickleson
Dax  Mickleson The financial security, advancement, and education of Connections Credit Union members is paramount. It is my hope to ensure our members are given all opportunities in these areas. As the saying goes "A rising tide lifts all ships", I feel that if we work as a community to help, secure, and teach each other that we will all be better off.
 
Shiela Eriksen
Shiela  Eriksen Shiela has been a life member of Connections and has been currently serving on the Board for the last 24 years. Shiela previously served on Connections' Supervisory Committee before joining the Board of Directors. Her father, a retired firefighter for the City of Pocatello, introduced the credit union to her and she has been active since. Recently she retired as Fiscal Officer from SICOG after 38 years. Shiela started a new position this past year in accounting at Power County Hospital District. Shiela has two grown, successful children and 4 grandchildren. Outside of work she enjoys dance activities, 4 wheeling, horseback riding, fishing, golf, watching sports and volunteering at the credit union.
 
Richard (Steve) Young
Richard (Steve) Young Steve is a retired high school principal. He was Idaho's high school principal of the year in 2009, and served on many professional boards during his career. For almost 30 years, he served as the president of Jefferson County Credit Union which served all of Jefferson County Idaho. He has always had a passion to serve people and is currently serving on the board of Connections Credit Union. Steve is also an ordained minister and serves as the pastor of New Life Foursquare Church in St. Anthony, Idaho. He has also kept his connections to education by working part time as an Idaho Digital Learning Principal online. He is married and has two children and six grandchildren.
 
Ron Lloyd
Ron  Lloyd Ron is currently serving on the Board of Directors and has been a credit union member since January 1969. He was born and raised in Marsh Valley. He retired from Ash Grove Cement with 36 years service as a Journeyman Electrician. He served on the Inkom Fire Department as a fireman and EMT. He is a farther of 3 boys and 1 girl and grandfather of 21. His hobbies are hunting, fishing, golfing, and chasing after his grandkids.
 
Hui Min Christensen
Hui Min Christensen I would like to have the opportunity to be a part of the Board where I have been banking for 20+ years learning the process and help improve the institution as a whole. My accounting background will help too.
