| Aaron Wiens |
 |
Mr. Wiens is the co-founder of Wiens and Roth Real Estate and the co-owner of W & R Property Management. He has over a decade of real estate experience, beginning in the commercial realm, and holds broker's licenses in the states of Michigan and Ohio. Aaron, his wife Melanie, and their 3 boys live in the Greater Toledo area. They are active at church and volunteer for various non-profits.
Mr. Wiens currently serves as an Associate Director with Directions Credit Union seeking his first 3 year term. Mr. Wiens had previously served as a Director with Education Plus Credit Union and has served on the following boards:
- Board of Directors for the Toledo Home Builders Association 2023 - Present
- Board of Directors and Legislative Committee 2022 - Present
- SE Ml. Real Estate Board 2013-2017

| Mark Kott |
 |
Mr. Kott is the current Vice Chairman on the Directions Credit Union Board. Mr. Kott is a Vice President for O-I Glass. Mark earned his bachelor's degree from Miami University and his MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He is an active supporter of United Way and the Evans Scholars Foundation.
Mark has been a member of Directions Credit Union for over 30 years and appreciates the opportunity to represent the membership as a member of the Board. |

| Jeff Underwood |
 |
Mr. Underwood joined the Directions Board of Directors in 2022. He is a Partner with Bayer, Jerger, & Underwood, LPA in Mansfield, Ohio.
Mr. Underwood has served on Directions Credit Union Finance Committee since 2022.
Mr. Underwood is a current Chair Member of the Richland County Bar Grievance Committee, Ohio State Bar Association Member, and past President of the Richland County Bar Association.
Mr. Underwood is a 1993 Graduate of Bluffton University, earning his undergraduate degree, and earned his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. |

| Raymond Leighton |
 |
Raymond Leighton currently serves on the board member at Directions Credit Union. He did serve on the board at Education Plus Credit Union for 20+ years before they merged with Directions Credit Union in March of 2017.
- Mr. Leighton is currently assisting at Ida Public Schools, and is a monitor for the State of Michigan, Department of Education. He was a former teacher and administrator at Mason Consolidated Schools, and at Orchard Center Alternative High School retiring in 2016. Ray is lifelong resident of Michigan.
- Director Directions Credit Union - Audit Committee Chairman, member of the Governance Committee, currently serving as Board Secretary.
