My wife Kathy and I were both born in the Cleveland area. We've been blessed with three children who have gone on to professional careers. Kathy had a career with the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. I have a background in Engineering and received my Law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. I spent most of my career with the City of Cleveland where my duties allowed me to work with our Fire Department on a frequent basis. I have been a member of our Credit Union for decades and have been a productive member of our Board for several years. |

I am an active member of FFCCU for over 14 years. I am a retired law enforcement officer with the state of Ohio. I have a bachelor's degree from Ohio State University. I learned about credit unions from my father who was on the Board of Geauga Credit Union and I learned to work well with others watching him as the President of the Board for Geauga Park District. I believe in members helping members and want to give back to my credit union with my dedication to FFCCU's success. In my spare time I volunteer teaching boating safety and helping my daughter's International Girl Scout Travel Troop. |

I'm seeking election to the Firefighters Credit Union Board of Directors because I believe deeply in the mission and values that credit unions bring to our communities. I have been married for over four decades and proud father of three grown children. My late father-in-law served as a firefighter, and his lifelong dedication to service inspired me to follow in his footsteps as a volunteer firefighter earlier in my life. That experience taught me the importance of teamwork, integrity, and commitment to helping others. Having witnessed firsthand how credit unions support individuals and families through every stage of life, I'm convinced they play an essential role in strengthening both our financial wellbeing and our sense of community. I want to help ensure that the Firefighters Credit Union continues to operate with the same trust, transparency, and personal care that have made it a cornerstone for so many members. |

My name is Molly Marcinkevicius (pronounced: mar-sin-kevi-sis) and I was born in Cleveland and currently live in the Ohio City neighborhood with my husband Jonathan. I've spent my professional career working as a homeless advocate and working on campaigns that put issues directly on the ballot for public vote. I bring director-level experience in strategic planning, campaign management, and fundraising for pro-democracy initiatives and housing justice issues like homeless civil rights and rights for renters. When I'm not working on local political campaign projects, you can find me working at the local shelter or running a storefront in my neighborhood providing hospitality to people who are homeless. I believe we live in a society that has more than enough to provide for everyone, and I am a proud member of FFCCU because of the credit union's commitment to redirecting economic value to the community rather than to private shareholders. |

I am a lifelong resident of Greater Cleveland now living in Lakewood. I have been married over 50 years and have four children and 11 grandchildren. Many of my in-laws were firefighters. My family have been members of the Credit Union for decades. I retired after serving as a state and federal prosecutor for 38 years. I served 7 years on the Credit Union's Board of Directors and view my service as an opportunity to advance and preserve an institution of great importance to working-class families. |
