Before coming to Genesis, he worked for many years at Ohio Health in the performance improvement and process areas, in finance, in patient accounts, and as Director of Human Resources and Support. Terry is the recipient of PRISM Awards for customer service and stewardship and individual Press Ganey Customer Service Awards. Terry currently serves on the Genesis Credit Union Board and is also a board member for OSHHRA Ohio Society of Hospital Human Resources.

Judy Pyle
Judy Pyle I worked in the Accounting Department of Genesis for over 40 years, and was Accounting Manager for over 30 years. I retired at the end of 2020. I still volunteer for Genesis as a member of the NODA group, where we sit with patients that are dying if they do not have a family, or their family needs a respite.

I have been a member of Genesis Credit Union and a member of the Board for over 20 years. I was on the committee that brought computerization to the Credit Union. I feel that I promote continued improvements in the Credit Union.

Marion S Lazar
Marion S Lazar Marion started his employment with Genesis in 1999; with his first three years on night shift in the Critical Care unit. He then transferred to the Emergency department, and joined the MICU team in July 2006.

I obtained my CCEMTP-RN from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. In 2008 I became the Clinical Coordinator of the Genesis Mobile Intensive Care unit to present. I have lived in Muskingum County all of my life. I am a third-degree Knight of Columbus, and a longtime member of the Coshocton Gun Club. I received the 2022 Nursing Excellence Award, and am currently the chair of the Nursing Peer Review Committee. I am responsible for doing community outreach to local fire departments and EMS services. I have developed an advanced airway and emergency cricothyrotomy/pig airway lab, which has been utilized multiple times a year throughout Muskingum and surrounding counties.

I feel I would bring a unique perspective to the GECU Board. I have been noted multiple times for having an outside the box view on ways of doing things, and have been known to save Genesis money related to that outside the box thinking.

Amanda Goldsmith
Amanda Goldsmith Amanda has been a member of the GECU since 2002. I have my B.S. Degree from Ohio University in Health Communication and my master's degree from Muskingum University. I worked for Goodwill of Columbus as a Habilitation Specialist, Employment Services Specialist and Manager from the years 2006-2009. I moved back to Zanesville to work on my master's degree and worked at Genesis as a Volunteer Consultant for Hospice from 2010-2011. I became an IT Education Consultant from 2011-2015 for the Ambulatory Epic implementation.

I wanted to try another form of education and became a faculty member at Zane State College for HIM from 2015-2016. However I missed working for Genesis IT, and became an Inpatient Education Consultant from 2016-2019. I loved my work at Genesis but wanted to try another opportunity that would allow me to be more involved in the community, so I began working for the Health Department as a Community Health Planner in 2019. I was contacted about a great opportunity to be an Epic trainer at LMH for their organization wide Epic Implementation, which was a phenomenal opportunity. I worked for LMH for a little over a year and finished the organization wide implementation project. However, I missed working in my community and being close to my family. I was fortunate to be hired on as the EHR Educator at MVHC where I have been for the last year and a half.

Janet has been a member of the Credit Union for as long as she can remember and she has been on the Board of Directors for 14+ years. Janet likes being involved with the Credit Union as she sees it as an investment in the Credit Union's future viability, and with her own personal financial well-being. Janet believes as the economy changes, the Credit Union must grow and change along with it. Being on the Board helps her keep abreast of what happens in the local economy and helps her utilize that information in helping others with their financial needs.

Kathy Brock
Kathy Brock I've been an employee at Genesis for 41+ years. I'm a project manager in the IT department - a job that is challenging but rewarding at the same time. I've been a member of the credit union since starting my employment at Bethesda in 1981. I served on the BHZ Credit Union loan committee for > 10 years before being elected to the GECU Board of Directors in 2005. I firmly believe that personal financial wellness is one of the single most important contributors to overall individual happiness. Financial stability IS within reach if you're willing to apply some very basic principles. I can bring value to our credit union membership as a board member by educating and supporting our members as they seek to find their best possible physical and financial health.
