Brian Loos
Brian Loos Audit Committee Member (Candidate for Board of Directors)
My wife and I proudly began our membership at iQ Credit Union back in 2002.  I prioritize protecting and safeguarding member assets by serving iQ Credit Union on committees such as the Policy, Information Security, Nominating and Supervisory/Audit Committees since 2008.  I maintain designations as a Certified Credit Union Supervisory Committee (CCUSC) member and a Certified Credit Union Board (CCUB) member from the Credit Union National Association (CUNA).  In addition, I have a bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Military Science from Gonzaga University.
My background in public service includes Public Works, Risk Management, Emergency Management and Human Resources. I have served in the Washington Army National Guard and United States Army for combination of 11 years earning the rank of Captain and serving as a Company Commander. Currently, I am employed by the city of Long Beach, WA, serving as their Public Works Director.
Throughout my 11 years serving on the iQ Audit Committee, I am engaged in both the historical credit union principle of "people helping people", as well as iQ's operating principles. As a potential board member, I will continue to serve assuring the safety and soundness of iQ. The responsibility of the board to provide strategic vision for the current and future position of iQ Credit Union is paramount during these financially unstable times. I seek your continued support to serve as a representative member on the Board of Directors.

Kevin Sherry
Kevin Sherry I am pleased to submit my application for consideration for a position on the Audit Committee for iQ Credit Union. I have been a member of iQ Credit Union for 20 years and in that time my wife and I have started a family, immersed ourselves in this community, and, along with our three children ages 10, 13 and 15, have been exploring all that Clark County has to offer.
I am excited by the opportunity to join the Audit Committee because I feel strongly about the value iQ brings to the community and I believe I can be a valuable asset given my professional experience.
I recognize that credit unions offer a vital opportunity to provide financial services to the communities they serve in a fair and equitable manner. For this reason, it is crucial that iQ Credit Union continue to fulfill their promise of accessibility, community connection, superior service, and security. As a member of the Audit Committee, I would support the leadership and staff in charting a healthy and innovative course, as well as provide honest feedback and offer accountability in all aspects of those commitments.
Professionally, I am currently the Sr. Director of Treasury for Standard Insurance Company. My areas of expertise include capital planning, cash forecasting, debt structuring, payments, bank relationship management and corporate governance. My career has provided me with extensive experience in leadership, employee development, strategic planning and budgeting as well as exposure to the various areas of import that iQCU has identified as critical to their success.
Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to the opportunity to serve in any capacity.
