Ron Odermott

With more than 40 years of experience in business, accounting, and finance, Ron has developed a comprehensive skill set and an extensive background that enables him to effectively serve as a member of the iQ Board. His professional journey includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer and principal of a national senior healthcare company, which employed approximately 9,000 individuals across 20 states. In addition, Ron was a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Oregon for over 30 years before retiring.

Ron's involvement with the Lacamas Audit Committee began in 2012, prior to its merger with iQ in 2014. Since that merger, he has continued to serve on the iQ Audit Committee and has held the role of Committee Chair for the past eight years.

For the past 11 years, Ron has actively participated in iQ's annual strategic planning retreats, which has given him thorough familiarity with the iQ strategic plan. His prior experience leading strategic planning at his private-sector company has further equipped him to make valuable contributions to iQ's future strategy if elected to the Board.

Over the past 11 years, Ron has attended iQ Board meetings as an observer, gaining a strong understanding of the Board's processes and composition. He is confident that his experience, background, and dedication would make him an asset to both the Board and iQ management. Monique is a marketing executive with over 20 years of leadership experience, dedicated to supporting the growth of community-based financial organizations while consistently keeping members at the forefront of every decision. Her background includes senior leadership roles at Vista Capital Partners and First Tech Federal Credit Union, where she worked closely with executive teams to drive sustainable growth grounded in trust and cooperative values.

During her tenure at First Tech Federal Credit Union, Monique was responsible for growth across multiple product lines, including deposits, cards and payments, consumer lending, mortgage, investments, insurance, and digital banking. This position required close collaboration with operations, finance, risk, compliance, and technology teams, giving her a deep understanding of credit union operations, regulatory requirements, pricing strategies, and the complex trade-offs leaders must consider delivering value to members while maintaining financial strength. Monique brings firsthand experience in guiding growth during periods of rapid industry change and consolidation.

Throughout her career, Monique has focused on understanding members' needs and translating those insights into actionable strategies that improve financial well-being and long-term outcomes. Her expertise spans growth strategy, member experience, digital engagement, and community- centered marketing, providing a practical perspective on how strategic decisions impact members' daily lives.

As a long-time resident of the Portland-metro area and an active credit union member, Monique values the critical role iQ plays for individuals, families, and small businesses in the community. She is passionate about financial literacy and economic mobility and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Community Warehouse. Monique brings a thoughtful, collaborative, and member-first approach to governance, along with a willingness to ask questions and offer fresh perspectives.

If elected, Monique will advocate for iQ members by listening to their needs and applying her experience to help guide iQ's ongoing growth and resilience. She is enthusiastic about the opportunity to serve and would be honored to represent the membership.

 
Victor Saldanha
Victor  Saldanha

Director

Victor brings over 20 years of financial experience working with larger commercial clients and small businesses, as well as a credit background. He has a wealth of experience working with small businesses, having led one of the largest CDFIs in the NW, as well as running several federal programs such as the SBA Women's Business Center, SBA Veterans Business Outreach Center, and the Minority Business Development Agency.

In his current role as Economic Program Manager at the City of Vancouver, Victor leads and manages a diverse and growing body of work designed to enhance the support of Vancouver-based small businesses and entrepreneurs.

Outside of work, he has served on the board of Bienestar, a large Housing non-profit, as well as previous Chair, executive committee, and current finance committee for the past 7 years. He has been a city planning commissioner and current Metro Technical Advisory Committee Member as well as Oregon Housing Rulemaking Advisory Committee Member.

A native Washingtonian, Reagan brings deep experience in retail costing, financial metrics/business health and program management at industry leaders like Nike, Microsoft, and Boeing. She manages enterprise cost portfolios and leads cross-functional initiatives that balance innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability. Through her leadership in supply chain and product creation, she is known for driving end-to-end transformation and delivering significant financial value across global teams.

Passionate about people development, Reagan is dedicated to empowering organizations to develop their employees and provide meaningful career growth, as well as mentoring high school and college students to reach their full potential.

In her free time, Reagan volunteers with Forest Park Conservancy and Girls Who Skate.

Reagan would be honored to serve iQ and help safeguard member assets, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and monitor compliance and regulatory requirements.
