Andrea Teal

Andrea believes her forward thinking and decision making skills based on facts and experience working in various roles in the family business makes her a good candidate. She would use her youthful and energetic work expertise and apply it to diverse situations as a CMCU Board member. Andrea graduated from University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management with a BS degree in Business majoring in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing. She is currently a fourth generation grocer as the General Manager for Teal's Management Group. Before joining Teal's, Andrea worked as a District Manager Trainee for Aldi Food Stores. Andrea lives in St Joseph and has three younger sisters who are also in the grocery business.
 
Steve Danzl

Steve feels his contact with the community would provide him with a good platform for promoting and representing CMCU and its members. He believes his experience with CMCU can help facilitate families in personal and business situations. Steve currently owns Cornerstone Buffet & Restaurant in Melrose. He has previously owned and operated Twin Pines Family Restaurant and Funky's Restaurant & Lounge. Steve graduated from the University of Minnesota Crookston with a degree in Restaurant Management. He is a board member with Harvest Church in Freeport and retired from the Melrose Fire Department. Steve resides outside of Melrose with his wife, Lisa. They have been married for 18 years and have 5 children.
 
Thomas Homan

Thomas has enjoyed his association with CMCU since becoming a member. He values the friendly, informative and helpful service he has received over the years and wants to help preserve it as a member of the CMCU Board of Directors. Thomas is founder and CEO of T & R Glass Woodworks and prior to that worked 27 years in law enforcement. He is a graduate of Bureau Criminal Apprehension Law Enforcement and University of North Florida with a degree in Accident Reconstruction. Thomas volunteered at Big Brothers/Big Sisters and is retired from the US Army. Thomas lives in St Joseph with his wife.

 
Jim Mader, Incumbent

Jim has been a member of CMCU's Board of Directors for 9 years and would like to continue to serve on the Board. Jim remains active in the community and has experience providing overall direction to the CMCU management team. He is committed to the continued growth of the credit union and representing CMCU members. Jim is a retired teacher, athletic director and football coach from Albany Area Schools. He is currently employed as an Assistant Football Coach at St John's University. Jim graduated from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. Currently, Jim is a member of the Albany Lions and Lake Mary Association Board. Jim and his wife, Carol, have been married for 45 years. They have two adult children, two grandsons.
