| Liz Savoy |
 |
Liz Savoy has been a member of WSSC FCU since 1976. She worked for WSSC for 35 years and retired from Piscataway WWTP in 2011. She previously served on the WSSC FCU Board for 9 years, as Secretary and a member of various committees. She would like to serve on the Board again, to ensure that the Credit Union continues to move in the right direction. |

| Kathy Joyce |
 |
Kathy Joyce is a seasoned real estate professional and has been a member of the WSSC Federal Credit Union Family since 2016. She has over 40 years of real estate, transaction, and finance experience and currently serves in the public sector. Over the years, Kathy has held various roles within both public and private sector organizations and is excited to leverage a diverse skill set to give back to members of the community. She is a graduate of University of Baltimore, where she earned a B.S. in Accounting as well as Bowie State where she earned a M.A. in Administrative Management. In addition to her professional endeavors, Kathy has served in several board/senior roles including the Anne Arundel County Board of Realtors, Anne Arundel Landlord Tenant Commission, and several roles within her church community. Kathy and her family have been natives of the Maryland area for several generations. In this capacity, she has experienced firsthand how the community has evolved and looks forward to continuing to support the WSSC FCU ecosystem. |

| Carol Mojica |

Carol Mojica has been a member of WSSC FCU since 2012 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2023. She is also the Chairperson of the Marketing Committee, has been the Chairperson of the Nominating Committee and serves on the Board of Directors for the WSSC Federal Credit Union Foundation. Carol has recently celebrated her 18-year anniversary at WSSC Water working as a Planning Manager in the Planning Division. Carol enjoys volunteering with other organizations including St Mary of the Mills Catholic Church, Elizabeth House, WSSC FCU Foundation, and various STEM Programs in Prince George's County. Carol enjoys experiencing the latest local cuisine, game nights, traveling abroad and spending time with family and friends. She grew up in New York City and has been living in Maryland since 2004. |

| Donnette Perry |
 |
Donnette Perry has been a member of WSSC FCU since 2024. She is an experienced customer operations leader with a strong background in financial services, public service, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for sound judgment, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to integrity, accountability, and public trust. She began her career in retail management and later advanced into banking as a Direct Banking Manager with BMO Bank of Montreal, where she led and developed teams in consumer lending and investments. This role strengthened her expertise in credit risk, regulatory compliance, and responsible financial decision-making, while reinforcing a customer-centered approach to financial guidance. She also served with the Canadian federal government, where she processed Employment Insurance claims, applied legislation and policy, and prepared appeal submissions on behalf of the Commission. This experience deepened her understanding of regulatory frameworks, adjudication, and evidence-based decision-making. Currently, she is a Supervisor in the Customer Service Division at WSSC Water, leading frontline teams to deliver accurate, empathetic, and policy-aligned service. She also serves on the Strategic Priority Team, contributing to initiatives that strengthen operations and enhance customer focus across the organization. She is enthused at the opportunity to serve on the WSSC Federal Credit Union board and remains committed to ethical governance, community empowerment, and member-focused leadership. |
