Cooperative Center Federal Credit Union Merger Election

On behalf of the Board of Cooperative Center Federal Credit Union, I am pleased to share exciting news. We have received regulatory approval to pursue a merger with Nuvision Federal Credit Union for the sole purpose of bringing you more benefits and value from your credit union.

Both Cooperative Center FCU and Nuvision share a common culture and commitment to understanding each member’s needs and providing exceptional personalized service. We will remain focused on continuing our heritage, personal member relationships, and community involvement while providing more branches, added products & services, and the newest technologies.

There will be a Special Meeting of the Members on March 14, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at 634 Ferry Street, Martinez, California 94553 to consider the merger proposal.
