RE: Proposed merger with Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union

Dear Fellow Oahu FCU Member,

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce a proposed merger between Oahu Federal Credit Union and Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union. This partnership will provide you with expanded products and enhanced services while offering you additional access through Aloha Pacific FCU’s ATM network and branches and CO-OP’s shared branching and ATM network. A voting packet has been mailed to you. It includes a paper ballot and a postage-paid return envelope.

Starting today, members may vote on the merger using one of the following options:

  • Online – click the Begin Voting button below no later than Saturday, July 6, 2024, 10:00 a.m., Hawaii Standard Time.
  • OR by mail – use the paper ballot that is part of the voting packet or download this ballot, print it out and mail to:
    • CUBallot Election Processing
    • PO Box 3156
    • Dublin, OH 43016-9842
    Your ballot must be received, not postmarked, by Saturday, July 6. It will be received by CU Ballot, based in Ohio, which is providing independent and secure voting services for this proposed merger.
  • OR during the Special Member Meeting:
    • Saturday, July 6, 10:00 a.m.
    • Aloha Pacific FCU’s Corporate Offices
    • 3465 Waialae Avenue, 4th Floor, Honolulu (validated free parking)
    • Doors open at 9:30 a.m.

Please vote carefully: Your first vote will be considered your final vote.

We also invite you to an informational meeting, in-person and online, where we will discuss the proposed merger and answer questions:
