St. Francis Medical Center Federal Credit Union Merger Vote

Your Board is pleased to announce a proposed merger between St. Francis Medical Center Federal Credit Union and Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union. This partnership will provide you with expanded products and enhanced services while offering additional access to you through Aloha Pacific FCU’s ATM network and branches and the shared branching network. Please see the enclosed FAQs.

Members may vote on the merger using one of the following options:

• Online – click Begin Voting below to vote, no later than Saturday, August 21, 2021, 10:30 a.m., Hawaii Standard Time. Your account number and the last 4 digits for your Social Security Number are required.
• OR at a Special Member Meeting:
  
  Saturday, August 21, 10:30 a.m.
  St. Francis Liliha Healthcare Systems Kupuna Village
  Hale O Meleana, 2230 Liliha Street, Honolulu
  Doors open at 10:00 a.m., online voting until 10:30 a.m.

Please vote carefully: Your first vote will be considered your final vote.
